How is my order delivered?
You will receive an email when the order is ready for pickup. A total of two emails will be sent out: 1) the processing email, and 2) the item delivery form. Please fill out 2) Item Delivery Form. This will be the fastest way for us to get notified that you are ready for the service.
Do you deliver to any console or pc?
We deliver to ALL consoles (Xbox, Nintendo Switch and Playstation) and PC. Just mark the correct delivery on checkout and the Item Delivery Form.
Is 24/7 delivery available for orders, or are there specific delivery hours?
While we strive to deliver orders between 30 minutes to an hour, there might be instances where it takes longer due to factors such as limited stock, high order volume, or we might be asleep/closed.
If you haven't received communication from us within 12 hours of placing your order, please reach out to us via Live Chat support. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're here to ensure a seamless experience for you.
Billing Which Platform Do You Want Delivery On? is a required field. ERROR with fix!
You may come across an error that says you are missing some checkout items. To correct this issue, use the back arrow or go back to cart > click checkout to checkout regularly, then fill out the information on the checkout page > checkout with paypal. If you click checkout with paypal before filling out the checkout page, you will see an error.
If this does NOT work, go to the browser: Edge (Make sure you are logged in so you keep your cart) and continue to checkout <-- this should work
How long will it take to deliver my items?
This is determined by many factors including: realm, time of day, the number of orders ahead of yours, etc. For offline hours (11pm-8am CST) orders will be delivered when we open up. All Resurrected orders should be completed within 1-3 hours.
I want to talk with someone, how can I?
You may either click the chat button on your bottom right of the screen or on the bottom if on mobile. That is a direct contact and the fastest way to reach us. Or you may click the "Contact Us" button and we will receive your email.
Can I place an order at ANY time?
Yes, we offer support during most of the day. If you order during offline hours, please be patient with us as we catch up on orders from the previous night. Chat will be disabled during offline hours.
Do you price match?
The short answer is, no. We try to stay competitive in the market, every vendor has their perks.
Payments
We currently offer, Credit and Debit card access. We offer SSL (Security certificates) for D2Honor, meaning all payments on this website are encrypted and safe. There is also a minimum purchase of 2 dollars.
Verification? What is that?
Some items on the site may require verification. This just proves that you are who you say you are. You must submit your drivers license along with your payment method in a form of picture sent to us to verify it is actually you purchasing said item. There is also a verification mandatory on all orders over 500 dollars. If you purchase multiple orders that equal or go above the 500 dollar threshold within 24 hours and or multiple purchases from multiple payment methods, we will request verification from you to make sure it is in fact you that is purchasing and not someone with a stolen card. We hope you understand.

Is an account on D2Honor required for checkout?
Having an account on D2Honor is not required to checkout. However, the perks for having an account outweighs being a guest. You will have access to your order history along with staying up to date with sale promotions, news etc. You also will have exclusive access to Honor Tokens, a reward program for having an account with us! It is strongly recommended to create an account here at D2Honor.
Does D2Honor give refunds?
Once items are delivered, we will not be able to refund. If you ordered by accident and let us know within 5 minutes that it was in fact a mistake, we can refund. Our chat is open 16 hours a day, and the contact us button is live 24/7 via email.

My cart keeps deleting items what gives?
To fix this, you need to clear your cache in the browser you are in. You also need to be logged into the site so that it keeps your cart.
